In our initial correspondence following your sign-up, we will gather a clear understanding of the topics you’d like to cover, along with examples of your previous work. This allows us to align with your tone, delivery style, and overall content direction, ensuring each script feels natural, cohesive, and true to your brand.

Once delivered and paid for, all approved content belongs to you unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 14 days notice. Work completed up to that point is non-refundable.
